I appreciate the efforts of Dr Cyan trying hard to re-establish the lost brand image of Pakistan International Airlines. PIA is our national airline and was one of the best airlines in the world when it first started. We were the only ones who proudly said that while rest of the airlines work hard on customer care; we do it as part of our culture values .  PIA trained and helped Emirates taking its birth and had the best cabin crew but during recent times, PIA faced a lot of criticism for its activities. Every now and then, PIA is appearing in news for all the negative reasons, the image of Sugar Packet, which is manufactured ahead of date, Smuggling and Drugs, being found in PIA, Strict checking at International Airports, Ending of flights to JFK and a lot more.
