How to get a growth of 25 years in Pakistan only In 5 years? A letter to PM Imran Khan



This document is a brief of the overall concept & idea. Due to copyright infringement, I believe, that the idea will only be discussed by the Government of Pakistan or relevant parties. But since, I believe it could be a breakthrough in the history of Pakistan, I’d like you all to read it & let me know your thoughts in the comment section.

Problem

The main problem that we face in Pakistan since almost decades is something that cannot be resolved even in a million years. We have problems like massive corruption, mismanagement, wastage of resources, debt, over employment in government & millions of problems as a third-world country. And if we look at the damage that has been done, we can foresee that even a leader like Imran Khan is been given a tough time by Pakistan itself.

I believe in Action and for me, if we start thinking about the problems where the solution is a problem than I think we should focus on the problem that actually has a real solution.

Solution

The solution is based on theory but I believe that this theory can be brought into practice by doing some of the basic things. It could be troublesome for the government to do but the end results are exceptional.

The solution is simply “Divide & Rule” Policy by which I mean Opportunities for people of Pakistan & Millions of Jobs in Reality.

The government can promise to build 50 Hospitals but through this concept, the government can build 5000 Hospitals by just doing simple math.

Let’s take an example, for instance, if a private doctor invests 50% of the amount in building a Hospital & the rest of the amount is funded by the government. Can we say that all those who can afford can pay & those who cant can get their treatment for free?
The rules can be set but the idea behind that is the stake of the people. 

If Hospital is being built for Pakistanis then why cant Government & Pakistanis work towards a Goal! When The army is on the borders protecting the citizens of Pakistan then definitely citizens of Pakistan can help the government achieve its Goal.

The next is Education and the same the method can be applied here & even that the people in Education can build luxury schools & ask the government for its stake so that a kid living in DHA & a kid living in a village can get the same level of education. It is just a quota-based system & the same method is being used in India too.

Now, coming towards the most important question where most of our budget goes that is “Development”. How about GOP create new offices where they hire (Chartered Accountants) CAs & involve the Big4 in this task. For instance, an Auditor estimates “Total Estimated Cost of building a road for 1km is 1.5 million” then the government can release a tender & those who apply for it can construct and charge the bill to the government.

Again this concept is being used in India & Pakistan too but not on a small scale. In Small Projects, this technique can also be used & shortlist potential members who are paid a percentage of project cost for their services. And for this, CAs should be hired instead of Government officers to have complete transparency.

The Government can handle Mega Projects like CPEC & Focus on Areas where there is Confidentiality but in rest of the cases the Government can involve Public & Offer them a stake in their business to Help Grow Pakistan.
