I still remember the summers of July 2012, My Dad I were searching for Marriage Halls in the scorching heat and getting rate list and negotiating with the managers there.

That day I felt that how hard it is to find a marriage hall and to our surprise the date was not of our wish but we had to choose the only one available so our choices were just limited.

It is the end of 2017 and this problem is still not solved and is very tiring to manage this task and working out things.

Therefore, I was recently working on this business model and this idea came into my mind. My business idea is to make an app and a website in which all marriage halls will be listed across Lahore, because we will be starting from Lahore and then we might expand if things go right. All rate lists and pictures will be uploaded on the website. The user will log in to his account and filter halls according to Prices, Area or Seating Capacity. After that, the User will view and select a marriage hall they like and select the slot and date of the wedding. After which user will be given, confirmation and token will be given to the one who books and after which they will be contacted for payment ten days before the event. The user can book a marriage hall in less than 20 minutes, then user can visit the marriage hall, and if they do not like it, some of the payment will be refunded.

Now let us see whether this idea fits inside the business model, the first thing to know whether your Business Model is good or not, you see whether it solves a problem or not, and yes this business model solves the problem of “Finding and Negotiating prices and Arrangement of Marriage Hall”
Now the second thing is whether it is too early and I personally think it is not because we have educated people in all the major cities of Lahore who can book easily.

The third thing is whether it is scalable or not and yes, it is scalable, we can cover all the major cities of Pakistan and expand it to other countries as well.

The fourth thing is whether it is Legal or Not and to me, its 100% legal.

The last thing is whether it will be profitable or not and yes it will be, it will not start earning you from day one but if it works, the source of income will be from token and commission from marriage halls.
