One After Another : Bad times for PML-N and PM-ship for Imran Khan


Not long ago. It is just about this time of last year when the results of Panama Papers came and sitting Prime Minister, Mian Nawaz Sharif was disqualified on Article 62 & 63 for not being truthful and trustworthy. That was the time when the good times for PML-N were over. 





The whole family of Nawaz Sharif came under the authorities of NAB for corruption charges. Not only was a single person of this family spared. Maryam Nawaz, Captain Safdar, Hassan and Hussain Nawaz and even his brother Shahbaz Sharif was also targeted for corruption charges in Ashiyana Housing Scheme and even today Shahbaz Sharif case is in court hanging because Shahbaz knows what is happening behind the scenes so he is very careful.

Not only the Sharif Family was targeted but also during "Panama Papers Case”, some of the party members came out and gave speeches in favor of Nawaz Sharif and his case but they were charged too for being too supportive to their leader.

Khawaja Saad Rafique (ex-minister Railways) . A person who is believed to revive the railway system after Sheikh Rasheed who was part of PML-N but now strictly against PMLN and in favor of PTI. Khawaja Saad was out and bringing out the truth and every now and then during Panama Case, Khawaja Saad made his appearences on TV Channels ,Press Conferences and other media to support Nawaz Sharif with his rational remarks without any hate speech but as a supporting member he was charged for "Paragon Housing Scheme Case".

Next in line is Khawaja Asif who served as Minister of Foreign Affairs after Nawaz Sharif disqualification who is believed to be given a Golden Ticket for being too supportive to Nawaz by PTI was also disqualified for holding an Iqama but GOD knows what happened with his luck or maybe a gift for keeping quiet ,He went for appeal and became qualified for re-election but Khawaja is quite since then as old Khawaja did not spare anyone including Shireen Mazari.

A loyal supporter and a down to earth man , our ex- Prime Minister "Shahid Khaqan Abbasi" just after seconds of being elected he was also charged for corruption in "LNG Case" but the case was pending but as a gift of supporting NS he also got disqualified when he filed his nomination papers for NA-57 which was his constituency for almost a decade but if you are slightly associated with NS you are not spared.

How can we forget Mr Ishaq Dar, He not only supported NS, He did something more and god knows if he is lying or what, Dar is sick in London for the past year and has not made his appearence since then.

 Daniyal Aziz (ex-state minister) who was also thought to be given a golden ticket also got disqualified for supporting Nawaz Sharif .How can supporting a corrupt person leads to disqualification.

 Talal Chaudhary who has same scenario of Daniyal Aziz , His case is also going on and with this he will also get disqualified before elections.


The long list continues. "Zaeem Qadri" an important member of PML-N just came out and gave a hate speech against Hamza Shahbaz and Shahbaz  Sharif right after he was charged for corruption but the very next day when he announced that he parted his ways with PML-N all of his corruption charges were removed.
 
What happened recently, After Nisar parted his ways with PML-N , PML-N gave ticket to Engineer Qamarul Islam Raja – former chairman of Punjab government’s the Saaf Pani Company – for his alleged role in awarding contracts to ‘favourites’. Ironically, withing 24hours of getting ticket he was arrested for being corrupt.
During the election campaign for Kulsoom Nawaz after NS was disqualified, several party members were kidnapped and voters holding banners of Noon-League were made to wait whereas PTI members were allowed to quickly vote.

God Knows but with this current scenario, With a strong base and strong voter support PML-N would have definitely won but now it is impossible for PML-N to win 2018 elections and it’s a good chance for PTI to fulfil his dream of wearing a Shirwani and Prime Minister of Pakistan 2018.
